As mentioned, the city is underpinned by the powerful non-profit foundation, the MiSK Foundation. Founded in 2011, the MiSK Foundation focuses on education, entrepreneurship, and culture, especially through media.
Mohammed Bin Salman Non-profit City is a visionary step in the mission of the MiSK Foundation, as it brings all its principles for education and entrepreneurship to life. Since the non-profit city will host the MiSK Foundation and all its partnerships, citizens and young people in the city can expect the highest caliber institutions, academies, and resources.

With a total area of 3.4 kilometers squared (and over 40% of that space maintained as open space), the city will feel open and airy.
